Job summary

Select Medical in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation. The role involves assisting with procedures, organizing schedules, and maintaining records of ancillary services to ensure smooth center operations.

The position is full-time on Weekdays with compensation $16.00 - $18.00/hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, and a company-matching 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
• First aid certification.
• Pursuing a degree in a health profession.
• Prior outpatient physical therapy center experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a program, OSHA coordination, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
