Job summary

Select Medical in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Rehab Aide to assist therapists in outpatient physical therapy. This per diem role supports rehabilitation procedures, handles scheduling of ancillary services, and helps with center operations.

You will observe patient responses to treatment and report any concerns, while ensuring equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and prepared. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other centre-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
