Job summary

Select Medical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation. This full-time role, scheduled on weekdays, involves assisting with procedures, organizing records, and helping keep patient flow smooth.

You will work closely with the center team to monitor patients, prepare equipment, and participate in center operations. A high school diploma is required; CPR and First Aid are preferred and experience in outpatient PT is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Schedule: WeekdaysCompensation: $16.00 - $17.00/hour based on experience
