• Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience.
• CA RN, CA PT, CA OT or CA SLP licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the acute rehabilitation admission process including pre-admit screening and financial authorization.
• Communicate with referral sources, physicians, and program leadership to maintain a strong referral base.
• Consult with physicians to complete pre-screening documentation for patient admissions.
• Leverage clinical rehabilitation knowledge to advocate for patients and optimize admissions.
