This on-site position runs Sunday-Thursday with specified hours and offers $25-$33.64 per hour plus monthly bonus incentives. Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years' experience performing a broad range of duties with an Admissions or Pre-Admissions Department required.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral intake and patient admissions within the admissions team.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare for admission day.
• Lead the morning census meeting and communicate admission details to hospital staff.
• Provide hospital tours and high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process insurance verifications and assist with pre-cert/authorization follow-up.
