Summary:
The Clinic Director manages the physical therapy clinic, ensures patient and employee satisfaction, and oversees evaluation and treatment of patients. Responsibilities include clinical operations, clinic growth, and staff development. The director oversees staff, manages scheduling, develops relationships with referral sources, and ensures compliance with standards. Success is measured by revenue, growth, relationships, and staff development.
