Responsibilities include:

1. Providing high-quality patient therapy and documentation
2. Managing clinical KPIs and staff development
3. Overseeing billing, compliance, and equipment
4. Supervising staff, recruiting, and managing schedules

Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, valid license, supervisory experience preferred.
