Truist is seeking a seasoned regulatory testing leader to manage transaction testing across multiple regulatory reports and systems. You will design source-to-report validation, lead offshore teams, and ensure audit-ready results while communicating findings to senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data lineage, sampling methodologies, and continuous testing framework improvements within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, transaction testing, audit, risk management, data validation, or related disciplines.
• Subject matter expertise in banking regulations and data governance.
• Strong knowledge of transaction testing methodologies and data lineage assessment.
• Experience leading testing engagements and managing multiple deliverables.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute transaction testing activities for regulatory reports, products, and systems.
• Research and interpret regulatory instructions to design testing procedures.
• Perform source-to-report data validation tracing values through upstream systems.
• Develop testing strategies, sampling methodologies, and evidence requirements.
• Utilize SQL and analytical tools for data analysis and exception investigation.
• Review processes, data lineage, controls to identify risks and weaknesses.
• Document procedures, observations, and conclusions in audit-ready format.
• Communicate results and risk impacts to stakeholders and regulators.
• Lead offshore testing resources with coaching and quality reviews.
• Support remediation efforts with business and technology teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and coverage.
• Manage multiple engagements with timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor junior teammates and promote testing excellence and collaboration.
