Truist Bank in Winston-Salem seeks a Team Lead to manage transaction testing for regulatory reports, products, and systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Deep FFIEC 031 and FR Y-9C knowledge and hands-on SQL/SAS data analysis are required.

You will mentor offshore testers, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, data lineage, and risk-based sampling to support remediation efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in regulatory reporting or testing.
• Subject matter expertise in banking regulations and data governance.
• Experience leading testing engagements and managing multiple deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute transaction testing for regulatory reports, products, and systems.
• Research and interpret regulatory instructions to design testing procedures.
• Perform source-to-report data validation and traceability.
• Develop testing strategies, sampling, and evidence requirements.
• Utilize SQL and SAS for data analysis and validation.
• Review data lineage, controls, and risk to identify issues.
• Document testing observations and audit-ready conclusions.
• Mentor offshore testing resources and manage offshore teams.
• Support remediation and drive continuous improvement.
