Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, or public accounting, and 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with bank regulatory reporting requirements (FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031/041, FFIEC 101).
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Analytical skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing programs for external regulatory reports.
• Lead and develop RRQA team; hire and manage staff.
• Collaborate with report owners and data providers to ensure accurate testing procedures.
• Present findings to senior executives; develop written findings reports.
• Develop annual testing plan and manage timelines.
