You will provide first-line IT support for Regulatory Compliance and Legal systems, run daily checks on feeds, collect requirements, document processes, and help optimize efficiency through technology-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst in a financial institution.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for regulatory compliance and legal systems.
• Run daily checks on automated feeds and resolve errors.
• Assist users with troubleshooting reports and data issues.
• Document business needs, requirements, and process flows; coordinate design reviews.
• Collaborate between business units and technology teams; support system releases.
• Develop QA/test scripts and assist with deployments.
