JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Regulatory Engagement Manager within the Firmwide Regulatory Strategy team to lead a unit handling credit risk-related regulator engagements. You will coordinate with regulators and senior leaders to shape the firm's regulatory responses across FRB, OCC, FDIC and other authorities.

The role demands extensive risk-management experience, strategic advisory capabilities, and top-tier communication to deliver consistent, well-documented regulatory materials and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of credit risk experience with 5 years in a management role at a large financial institution or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of regulators' exam processes and regulatory matters.
• Proven ability to manage relationships at a senior level and drive strategic regulatory engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to capture key takeaways in writing.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for all regulatory engagements impacting coverage areas.
• Oversee ongoing regulator supervision meetings and prepare strategically for them.
• Lead regulatory exams through lifecycle and monitor ongoing engagements.
• Advise executive leadership and exam partners on regulatory issues and actions.
• Coordinate messaging and approach to regulatory engagement across LOBs and functions.
• Escalate issues promptly and maintain strong regulator relationships across the Firm.
• Drive reporting to senior stakeholders on regulatory activity and prepare engaging materials.
• Maintain thorough records of exams, meetings, and MIS reporting to regulators.
• Stay aligned with REMs across regions and assist with global regulatory messaging.
