Job summary

Lebermuth Co Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Specialist – Customer Support to help ensure compliance with governmental, international and industry regulations in product manufacture and distribution.

The role involves coordinating regulatory documents, supporting stakeholders, and preparing submissions while staying current on regulatory standards. Remote/hybrid/on-site options are available based on candidate location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline is preferred.
• 2+ years of on-the-job regulatory or related field experience required (without a degree, 2+ years acceptable).
• Knowledge of Organic Chemistry is a plus; Flavor/Fragrance/Chemical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and submit regulatory documents to customers and external parties.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders to address customer requests.
• Prepare comprehensive regulatory submissions compliant with applicable standards.
• Investigate product complaints and prepare documentation for regulatory review.
