Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to review and audit import entries for regulatory compliance. You will verify classifications, origin declarations, duties, and valuations, and ensure filings meet CBP and agency requirements.

Join our team to identify discrepancies, audit documents, maintain records, and drive process improvements while supporting global logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customs brokerage, import operations, trade compliance, or entry auditing.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit import customs entries for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Verify HTS classifications, country of origin declarations, customs valuation, and duty calculations.
• Ensure entries are filed in accordance with CBP regulations and Participating Government Agency requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or compliance concerns and coordinate resolution.
• Audit customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Maintain records and audit trails in compliance with customs requirements.
• Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
