Regulatory Specialist - Packaging / Converting

Location: Menasha, WI area | Hybrid

Type: Contract / Temporary with potential for longer-term consideration

We are supporting a growing regulatory function within a large packaging and converting organization that is currently expanding its regulatory support across multiple plants. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing documentation, supplier follow-up, and customer regulatory requests.

In this role, you will help prepare regulatory documents, customer response letters, technical files, and supporting documentation related to product data, compliance statements, surveys, questionnaires, FDA compliance, Prop 65, and other regulatory requirements. You will also work with suppliers and internal plant teams to gather documentation, track outstanding items, and ensure information is complete and accurate.

Success in this role will come from strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and the ability to professionally chase information when needed.

Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, communication, and documentation are important. The ideal candidate is teachable, organized, persistent, and comfortable working in a changing environment.

Candidates within driving distance of Menasha, Appleton, Green Bay, or the surrounding area are preferred.
