Job summary

Printpack is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee research, certification, and documentation for food, pet, consumer goods, and medical packaging. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field preferred.
• Experience in regulatory compliance for food contact or medical packaging preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA food contact regulations and global equivalents.
• Ability to review customer requirements and draft responses.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting regulatory texts.

Responsibilities

• Research, review, and certify customer inquiries on product contact compliance.
• Generate and sign letters of certification reflecting regulatory status.
• Build knowledge of U.S. and global regulatory requirements for end consumer safety.
• Monitor regulatory trends and communicate findings to the team.
• Consult with customers, suppliers, and internal partners on packaging compliance.
• Attend industry events to stay current on packaging regulations.
• Support process improvements in compliance workflows.
• Analyze regulations and test data to support risk assessments.
• Maintain regulatory systems and perform routine data entry.
