• Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage supplier follow-up and customer regulatory requests.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, changing environment.
• Willingness to work with multiple plants and teams.

• Prepare regulatory documents, customer response letters, and technical files.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather documentation.
• Track outstanding items and ensure completeness of information.
• Proactively chase information to close gaps.
