Citi’s Regulatory Risk Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks a seasoned manager to lead remediation analytics for the USCC Centralized Customer Remediation Team. You will oversee a team, drive population analyses, and ensure remediation programs align with regulatory expectations and internal policies.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data integrity, and senior-level collaboration across departments to reduce risk and safeguard client assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Prior Data Analytics or Remediation experience within Banking Industry is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SAS/SQL, Python and/or R).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of remediation analysts and associated book of work for the team. Perform training, reviews, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
• Over-sees, designs, and manages client remediation population and impact analyses for USCC owned and impacted issues, including those that are Regulatory.
• Provide expertise and guidance related to the USCC remediation processes and policies, partners with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and execute remediation programs.
• Create comprehensive documentation that conforms to Internal Audit and Regulatory expectations.
• Provide thought leadership and effective challenge throughout the data remediation lifecycle (including root cause analysis, remediation planning, code review for queries related to population completeness planning and execution criteria, and post remediation implementation).
• Challenge preconceived notions about data to ensure no stone is left unturned to identify complete universe of impacted customers is uncovered.
• Cultivate and support a sustainable and repeatable control environment by continuing to improve identified opportunities.
• Develop and train top analytical talent within the organization.
