Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Regulatory Risk Group Manager to lead remediation analytics and a team responsible for assessing customer impacts and ensuring prompt, well‑documented remediation aligned with Internal Audit and regulators.

You will drive remediation programs, partner with senior leaders across risk and governance, guide staff development, budgeting, hiring, and performance management, and advance Citi's regulatory commitments with clear communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in regulatory risk or analytics.
• Prior Data Analytics or Remediation experience within Banking Industry is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of SAS/SQL, Python and/or R.
• Experience creating and analyzing large complex datasets with trends identification.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word proficiency for data analysis and documentation.
• Experience managing Regulatory Inspections and Audits in financial services.
• Professional presence to interact with Senior Bank, Regulatory and Audit Management.
• Project management with diverse stakeholder coordination.
• Proven relationship management across business, risk and regulatory functions.
• Ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of remediation analysts and oversee book of work.
• Oversees remediation population and impact analyses for USCC issues.
• Provide guidance on remediation processes and policies with department partners.
• Create documentation conforming to Internal Audit and Regulatory expectations.
• Provide thought leadership across the data remediation lifecycle.
• Challenge data assumptions to identify the complete universe of impacted customers.
• Improve control environment through sustainable practices.
• Develop and train top analytical talent within the organization.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency.
