Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, Florida seeks a Regulatory Risk Officer to lead customer remediation analytics within the USCC Centralized Customer Remediation Team. You will design analyses, own remediation populations, and ensure documentation meets internal audit and regulatory standards.

You will partner with issue owners and managers, guide senior stakeholders, and drive a repeatable control environment while managing multiple large projects from ideation through implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience in regulatory risk, analytics, or remediation.
• Experience in banking/financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert in data analytics and remediation methodology per duties.
• Owns remediation population and impact analyses for USCC issues, including regulatory ones.
• Provide guidance on remediation processes and policies; partner with department leaders.
• Create documentation meeting Internal Audit and Regulatory expectations.
• Lead data remediation lifecycle and root cause analysis; ensure complete universe of impacts.
• Drive a sustainable control environment and escalate issues as needed.
