Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience with post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Proven program management skills and depth of knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong collaboration and team-oriented approach.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and regulatory compliance risk for NA Retail Payments.
• Contribute to governance and control requirements for products and processes.
• Design, develop, automate and coordinate evidence-based controls across risks.
• Monitor regulators, manage large risk programs and ensure mitigation.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and address gaps with action plans.
