Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a senior compliance risk leader to oversee regulatory and operational risk for the North American Retail Payments unit in a high-impact, regulated environment. You will design, implement and coordinate risk controls, governance structures and evidence-based programs across multiple risk types.

This role emphasizes collaboration with 1LOD/2LOD, monitoring evolving regulations, and driving continuous improvement in risk management within the approved risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
