Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks a Product Owner Executive Director to drive the multi-year transformation of FRRA, modernizing core regulatory reporting capabilities and aligning with regulatory demands.

You will lead cross-functional teams across finance, technology and regulatory functions, translating complex requirements into deliverable features, and communicating risks and milestones to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in major financial institutions with regulatory reporting and technology transformation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from concept to delivery.
• Extensive project management with risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Strong data transformation, architecture, lineage, and governance expertise.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the vision and roadmap for the next-generation regulatory reporting platform with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Oversee end-to-end design, build, and implementation of projects, including data sourcing and reporting processes.
• Hands-on understanding of asset and liability data as it moves to the central data warehouse.
• Ensure BAU maintenance and updates in response to regulatory changes.
• Lead and mentor a small team, providing day-to-day guidance.
• Present updates and recommendations to executives with clear risks and milestones.
