Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a capable regulatory reporting professional to manage day-to-day production for U.S. regulatory submissions within FRRA. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with business controllers and IT teams.

The candidate will perform L2/L3 support on FRRA platforms, conduct root-cause analyses, and help drive platform improvements including cloud migration and data sourcing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
• 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting.
• Understanding of financial statements and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data investigation ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support production activities for U.S. regulatory reporting, including reconciliations and data validation.
• Act as primary interface for stakeholders ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
• Provide L2/L3 support across FRRA platforms (FRI, Axiom) and validate fixes.
• Drive end-to-end issue resolution across technology, data, and business teams.
• Partner with technology and data teams to improve platform stability and data quality.
• Assist with testing, validation, and readiness activities for upgrades and migrations.
• Contribute to change management and continuous improvement of operating models and tools.
