Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years work experience in financial or business industry preferred.
• Experience with audit/analysis, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools; AI solutions experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk management in time-sensitive regulatory reporting.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory requirements, processes and systems for non-financial reporting in NA regimes.
• Analyze data daily and pursue problem resolution while improving processes.
• Provide guidance on issues and improve controls, collaborating with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Lead data integrity and control reviews with cross-functional partners; support change programs and issue resolution.
