Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years work experience in financial services desirable.
• Experience in audit, compliance, risk management and operational support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform effective risk management in time‑sensitive regulatory reporting.
• Develop expert knowledge of regulatory requirements, processes and systems for non-financial regulatory reporting.
• Analyze data daily and pursue problem resolution while improving processes.
• Investigate and remediate issues with reports and implement control improvements.
• Oversee data integrity and completeness with Engineering and Operations teams.
• Assess impact of new markets, products, restructure changes and new regulations on reports.
• Drive process automation and AI‑led analytics to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with Technology and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology and business units on change programs.
• Act as risk manager to monitor regulatory adherence and raise awareness.
• Be flexible to support other activities within the group, e.g., daily report production.
