Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Accounting Manager to lead the preparation and submission of regulatory filings such as Call Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y-14 series, and other FFIEC/OCC reports. You will coordinate with IT and Finance Data teams, ensure accuracy of numbers, and provide management with insights on trends and controls.

The role emphasizes strong regulatory knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a drive for process improvement in a financial services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
Six+ years of experience in auditing, regulatory reporting or SEC reporting.
Public accounting and/or external financial reporting experience preferred.
Experience with banking regulations and core banking processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare, research, review and submit regulatory filings per FFIEC, FED and OCC guidance.
Collaborate with IT and Finance Data teams to gather data and perform user acceptance testing.
Perform reconciliations to regulatory and external filings and ensure documentation is complete.
Identify and coordinate regulatory reporting issues with Risk, Internal Audit and Legal.
Special projects related to regulatory reporting as needed.
