Job summary

Deloitte in the United States is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team. This role focuses on end-to-end regulatory reporting for funds and coordination across legal, compliance, and external partners, with on-site client service through our Project Talent Model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of regulatory reporting experience in asset management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in investment management.
• Ability to manage deadlines and review complex regulatory deliverables.
• Experience with process documentation, controls, and audit/exam support.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end regulatory reporting activities for 40 Act and non-40 Act funds in the investment management space, ensuring compliance across regulators.
• Review, approve, and oversee the submission of regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and enhance SOPs, documentation, and control frameworks for audit readiness.
• Serve as primary escalation point for regulatory reporting issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and ad hoc data requests.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen reporting quality and reduce risk.
