Job summary

Deloitte Jersey City seeks an experienced Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team. Lead end‑to‑end regulatory filings for 40 Act and non‑40 Act funds, ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards. Collaborate across legal, compliance, operations and external partners to strengthen reporting controls.

The role offers onsite client delivery under the Project Talent Model, with travel around 10% and a pathway to long‑term impact and value creation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in investment management or financial services.
• Ability to manage deadlines and review complex regulatory deliverables.
• Experience with process documentation, controls, and audit/exam support.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end regulatory reporting activities for funds under 40 Act and non-40 Act.
• Review and oversee regulatory filings for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain SOPs and control frameworks for audit readiness.
• Serve as escalation point for regulatory reporting issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and ad hoc data requests.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
