Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end regulatory reporting activities for 40 Act and non-40 Act funds, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Review and oversee submission of all regulatory filings for accuracy and consistency with standards.
  • Maintain and enhance SOPs, controls, and audit readiness documentation.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for regulatory reporting issues across stakeholders and service providers.
  • Support regulatory exams, internal audits, and ad hoc data requests.
  • Drive continuous improvement to strengthen reporting quality and reduce risk.
