Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support regulatory reporting initiatives related to US Basel III Endgame and FRTB. You will lead business analysis across SBM, DRC, and RRAO, translating requirements into detailed specs for risk and reporting platforms.

The role requires close collaboration with Market Risk, Front Office, Finance, and Tech, establishing data lineage and governance, performing validation, and leading UAT and testing to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis and Regulatory Reporting within Market Risk or Capital Markets.
• Deep knowledge of FRTB, Basel III Endgame, SBM, DRC, RRAO, SA and IMA methodologies.
• Strong skills in market risk sensitivities, risk factor modeling, and data concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Experience designing UAT, data validation, and regulatory testing frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for FRTB and Basel III Endgame.
• Translate regulatory requirements into detailed business and technical specs.
• Validate SA and IMA market risk capital calculations in risk platforms.
• Collaborate with Market Risk, Front Office, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Tech.
• Establish end-to-end data lineage, controls, and governance for reporting.
• Analyze market risk data to support capital calculations and submissions.
• Lead UAT, integration testing, and validation activities with test strategies.
• Reconcile calculator outputs against benchmark models before reporting.
• Support integration of risk engines and reporting outputs into downstream systems.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide SME on FRTB and market risk regulatory processes.
