Qualifications

• 3–6 years in financial services with focus on regulatory reporting and capital calculation.
• Knowledge of Basel III capital rules and RWA calculation methodologies.
• Ability to synthesize information and build repeatable reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and submit Basel RWA reports per US regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate business initiatives for Basel III compliance and reporting impact.
• Identify discrepancies in RWA outputs and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting obligations.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls around capital reporting.
• Assess data architecture for regulatory conformance and resolve issues at source.
