Job summary

IFG US is partnering with a high growth financial services company and seeks a candidate to coordinate and manage regulatory financial reporting, MBFRF and NMLS filings. The role ensures accuracy and timely submissions, while supporting compliance—experienced in FP&A tools and regulatory frameworks.

Reporting to FP&A leadership, you’ll work with Legal and Finance teams and contribute to a robust regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or financial analysis within financial services.
• Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and financial compliance.
• Experience with MBFRF, NMLS, or similar regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with Planful or FP&A reporting software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage financial data and documentation for state regulatory examinations and filings (MBFRF, NMLS).
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of financial and servicing information to regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams and oversee the regulatory response process.
