Job summary

Computype, Inc. seeks a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to manage product and process regulatory compliance at its Saint Paul, MN headquarters and respond to external questionnaires. This role requires coordinating with Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and EH&S to obtain and validate information.

You will maintain regulatory records, support audits, and provide training on regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer, supplier, government questionnaires and information requests.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to obtain, validate, and document information.
• Maintain centralized library of compliance responses and supporting docs.
• Assist with audits, regulatory inquiries and training.
