Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain substance, material, and regulatory data in Compliance Map.
• Review supplier declarations, certificates, and other docs for accuracy.
• Upload and manage compliance evidence and supporting documentation.
• Track supplier queries related to Declarations of Conformance and other compliance requests.
• Follow up with suppliers for missing or updated compliance information.
• Support product compliance and stewardship through accurate record management.
• Create and route change orders in the Windchill system.
• Maintain docs in Windchill and document management systems.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve with stakeholders.
• Generate reports and provide admin support for compliance projects.
