The role manages budgets, forecasts, and cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex initiatives in a hybrid work environment. You will lead requirements gathering, design solutions, track milestones, and mentor team members while partnering with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 8 years' work experience in operations, technology, or finance.
• BS in Engineering, Construction, Business, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years' experience in project management and process improvement.
• Formal project management training preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: manage project budgeting, forecasting, and actuals tracking.
• Project Planning: lead requirements gathering and create solution designs.
• Project Management: maintain detailed plans and ensure milestones are met.
• Resource Management: manage internal/external resources and contracts.
• Scope & Risk Management: handle change requests and mitigate risks.
• Relationship Management: communicate status to stakeholders and build collaboration.
