Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Program Manager on the Midwest-South Regulatory Team to bridge our legal experts and regional operations, ensuring scalable, lawful, and efficient operations across 25 territories within the region.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of regulatory, legal, and operational projects, orchestrating inquiries, licensing research, filings, and permits while focusing on proactive compliance and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in either big firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in researching statutes and/or regulations is essential.
• B.A./B.S. or paralegal certificate

Mansioni

• Regulatory Inquiry & Investigation Management: Project managing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive responses to regulatory inquiries, data requests, requests for information, internal reviews, and reporting.
• Compliance & Licensing Research: Assisting the legal team with deep-dive research into local statutes, regulations, and city license requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Public Filings & Submissions: Preparing electronic filings and public comments with local regulators.
• Certification & Application Oversight: Managing the end-to-end process of obtaining necessary permits.
