Job summary

Conexon is hiring to support regulatory programs across states, focusing on BEAD, RDOF, E-rate, Lifeline, and ACP. The role analyzes complex regulations, improves data integrity, and coordinates with rural co-ops to deploy fiber networks and services.

The position requires strong Excel skills, regulatory familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Hybrid in-office schedule and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel, data reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory calendars and filings across states.
• Track RDOF milestones and respond to audits.
• Lead quarterly speed/latency testing reports with Excel.
• Generate monthly compliance reports for executives.
• Collaborate with co-ops to launch broadband and VoIP services.
