Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years experience in healthcare or highly regulated environment.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Effective project management experience.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and management.
• Self-motivate, take initiative, and engage in critical thinking.
• Strong organizational skills; good follow-through and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure programs operate efficiently.
• Serve as SME on state/federal requirements and ensure policy compliance.
• Interpret and implement new state/federal regulations with business areas.
• Provide SME guidance on product and regulatory questions.
• Develop and revise processes and work instructions to support operations.
• Coordinate data and information across internal areas and regulators.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings and committees.
• Provide leadership with timely updates on project barriers and risks.
