Job summary

Medline is seeking a Regulatory Data Analyst to ensure adherence and accuracy of regulatory requirements for newly created and existing items. The role requires careful judgment and problem-solving to address discrepancies with potential financial implications.

You will analyze manufacturer websites and medical databases, support audits, coordinate with Quality, Sales, and Warehouse teams, and help drive process improvements while meeting deadlines and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• At least one year of customer service and product research experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUM, sort/filter).
• Intermediate Outlook skills (creating folders, categories, calendar, meetings).
• Experience building relationships within and between teams/vendors.
• Exposure to SAP and/or Zendesk.
• Advanced time management to meet SLA timelines.
• Experience with pharmaceutical drug distribution documentation and data management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturer websites and databases to research regulatory requirements for new items and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly audits to prevent non-compliance and losses.
• Respond to inquiries about regulatory requirements and discrepancies with careful assessment.
• Review portfolio analytics and submit process improvement recommendations.
• Submit files to management within provided timelines.
• Collaborate with Divisional personnel, Corporate Quality, Sales Representatives, and Warehouse Operations.
