Medline Industries, LP in Minnesota seeks a Regulatory Affairs Associate to ensure accuracy of regulatory requirements for new and existing items. The role involves evaluating discrepancies, researching classifications, device class numbers, storage conditions, and drug pedigree provisions to safeguard database integrity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year in customer service or product research, with strong Excel and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
At least one year of customer service and product research experience.
Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements.
Experience with SAP and Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze regulatory requirements for new and existing items to ensure data accuracy.
Assist with monthly and quarterly audits to prevent financial losses.
Respond to inquiries regarding regulatory discrepancies with assessment and discretion.
Review portfolio analytics and submit process improvement recommendations.
Submit assigned files and projects to management within provided timelines.
Collaborate with Divisional personnel, Corporate Quality, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
