Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a regulatory research associate to ensure accuracy of regulatory data for newly created and existing items. The role involves analyzing manufacturer websites, researching device classifications, storage, and pedigree provisions, and supporting quarterly audits to prevent federal issues.

You will collaborate with Divisional personnel, Corporate Quality, Sales, and Warehouse Operations to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• At least one year of customer service and product research experience.
• Experience with data analytics for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturer websites and medical databases to research regulatory requirements for new items and ensure Medline databases are accurate.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly team audit projects with high accuracy to prevent audits and losses.
• Respond to inquiries about regulatory requirements and discrepancies via established mailboxes, assessing multiple variables.
