Job summary

Simmons Foods is looking for a Product & Regulatory Compliance Manager to drive regulatory compliance, labeling accuracy, and lifecycle governance across the product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure claims are defensible before market release.

You will oversee PLM-driven specification management, supplier documentation, and regulatory registrations. The role requires proactive monitoring of USDA/FDA rules and strong collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Legal to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product & Regulatory Compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition, business, graphics, food science or related field, or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Graduate degree in related field and knowledge of PLM Systems or Supplier portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads regulatory & labeling compliance initiatives across Simmons portfolio.
• Oversees specification management and data integrity within PLM system.
• Collaborates with Marketing, R&D and Legal to ensure defensible claims and regulatory alignment.
• Manages supplier documentation program and vendor registrations.
• Provides guidance on regulatory inputs and training for teams.
