Simmons Animal Nutrition, Inc. is seeking a Product & Regulatory Compliance Manager in Siloam Springs, AR. The role drives regulatory compliance, labeling accuracy, and lifecycle management across multiple business units.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to USDA/FDA/AAFCO guidelines, manage PLM specifications, and collaborate with Marketing, R&D and Legal to support product launches and ongoing compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product & Regulatory Compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in animal nutrition, business, graphics, food science or related field, or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• Graduate degree and PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory compliance and labeling initiatives across the Simmons portfolio.
• Manage artwork review and claim substantiation with Marketing, R&D and Legal.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and international regulations before release.
• Oversee PLM data integrity and specification management across business units.
• Coordinate with Procurement, R&D and suppliers on supplier documentation and audits.
