Xcel Energy, a leading utility in the United States, seeks a regulatory professional to work with senior management to develop filings and strategies aligned with company goals. You will coordinate with experts across the company to ensure filings reflect strategic direction and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include drafting large filings, supporting multiple projects, and communicating with senior management to align policy positions. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required and 5–7 years in regulatory field.
• Experience with regulatory filings is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong communication skills.
• Occasional overnight travel and overtime are expected.

Responsabilités

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory filings and messages.
• Coordinate with senior management and regulatory teams to align filings with strategy.
• Draft discovery responses and support presentations for external agencies.
• Assist witnesses in developing pre-filed testimony and key messages.
