Xcel Energy is seeking a regulatory specialist to work with senior management on filings and strategies across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with experts to ensure filings align with company goals and prepare testimony for regulatory proceedings and legislative hearings.

Responsibilities include drafting complex filings, coordinating multiple projects, and assisting with discovery responses and presentations for external regulators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5–7 years or equivalent regulatory experience.
• Experience with regulatory filings required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory filings; craft clear, concise messages.
• Coordinate with senior management and regulatory case management teams.
• Draft discovery responses and pre-filed testimonies.
• Prepare key messages and presentations for external agencies and internal audiences.
• Support witnesses in developing pre-filed testimony.
