Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-07 level in analyzing or reviewing regulatory or policy proposals using economic, legal, or policy analysis frameworks.
• Experience developing materials to present policy or regulatory ideas, conclusions or recommendations.
• For GS-11: one year of specialized experience at GS-09 level demonstrating synthesis of proposals and developing recommendations for review.
• For GS-12: one year of specialized experience at GS-11 level analyzing and proposing regulatory or policy ideas with data synthesis.
