Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for legal projects within the OIG work area.
• Drafts memoranda, regulations, directives, and testimony.
• Reviews junior staff work and provides guidance on legal issues.
• Collaborates on legislation/regulations impacting the Board and CFPB.
• Advises on FOIA and Privacy Act requests and related actions.
• Coordinates with DOJ and other offices on litigation strategy.
