Job summary

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Agricultural Environmental Services, Director’s Office, seeks a regulatory professional to manage rulemaking and records processes. The role requires knowledge of rulemaking, document management, and ADA compliance, with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

The incumbent will coordinate with JAPC and attorneys, publish notices, and ensure timely updates across SOPs and records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 7 years of related experience; or
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience; or
• Master's degree can substitute for 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the division’s rulemaking processes and tracks statutory changes.
• Liaises with JAPC and department attorneys on rulemaking packages.
• Submits notices for publication in the Florida Administrative Register and event calendar.
