Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a Regulatory Consultant to oversee the AFRPS program within the Commercial Feed Program. The role ensures compliance with standards, monitors eleven AFRPS standards, and coordinates with grant participants to support program effectiveness.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of experience in administrative, regulatory, or consumer complaint programs.
• OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in administrative, regulatory, or related work.
• Experience with grant management, compliance tracking, and regulatory oversight.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This temporary position monitors eleven AFRPS standards, coordinates with grant participants, manages budgets and staff training, assists with inspections and enforcement, and facilitates team meetings to ensure regulatory compliance and program effectiveness.

Key qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of professional or nonprofessional experience in administrative work, regulatory work, or consumer complaint programs
• OR bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in administrative, regulatory, or related work
• Experience with grant management, compliance tracking, and regulatory oversight
